Let people pick a time without the back-and-forth.
Set when you're free and how long a slot runs. Visitors see only what's genuinely available, book it themselves, and you both get an email.
Only what's actually free
Availability comes from the hours you set, minus what's already booked, minus the notice you need. Nobody can book you for this afternoon if you said a day's notice.
Times in your timezone, not theirs
A 6pm session reads as 6pm whether they're booking from the next town or another country. It's the time to turn up, so that's the time it shows.
They can cancel without ringing you
The confirmation email carries its own cancel link, which frees the slot for someone else.
Consultations, viewings, tours, volunteer shifts, parent evenings — anything where the alternative is four emails to find a Tuesday.
This isn't a mockup.

This is one of several.
Most sites use two or three of these together — a shop and a calendar, or donations and a newsletter.
Have a look at what it costs.
